Through a partnership between Now Word Covenant Church (NWCC) and Eixsys Healthcare System, iC3 provides basic medical care for chronic conditions (such as type II diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and allergies) as well as treatment for minor acute illnesses like headaches, sore throats, coughs, colds, and mild gastrointestinal concerns. Appointments are available in‑person or via telehealth, typically lasting 15–30 minutes, with access to referrals for labs, imaging, and medication if needed—ensuring clients receive comprehensive care even with limited financial means.

iC3 supports patients experiencing low income, underinsurance, or lack of insurance by providing access to medication services through referrals and coordinated support.
